A porch overlooks a massive elevated pool, with built-in outdoor kitchen and seating areas poolside. Two guest bedroom suites round out the downstairs area, with ensuite baths and custom closets.

On the second floor, at the top of the stairs, there is an upper family room, with laundry room just at the top of the stairs. The laundry room is just to the right of this sitting area. Just off the upper family is a large bedroom with ensuite bath and spacious closet.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the second level overlooking the ocean with large picture windows and access to the secluded second floor porch. In the primary bath; a soaking tub sits in front of another large picture window, with two vanities, shower, and water closet to round it out. A coffee station and massive walk-in closet are at the front of the suite. A secondary guest suite is located on the other ocean side of the house with a large picture window and access to the porch. An ensuite bath and custom closet are also planned for this suite.
