New Homes in Rockledge, FL The Reserve at Turtle Creek is a new community by Holiday Builders in Rockledge in Brevard County, also known as Florida’s Space Coast. This new neighborhood is located on the south side of Barnes Boulevard on Admiralty Boulevard. The prime location is just a two-minute drive to Publix Supermarket and other daily shopping needs. Charming Cocoa Village with boutiques, art galleries and restaurants is a 15-minute drive as is The Avenue Viera – an outdoor mall, and it’s less than 20 minutes to the Brevard’s beautiful beaches. The Reserve at Turtle Creek will include 294 homes from our Cornerstone Collection of floorplans. Phase one, starting in the summer of 2026, will include 77 homes. Future phases will be developed in 2027 and 2028. Homebuyers may choose to personalize their home with design selections including flooring, cabinets, countertops and interior finishes. Each home comes with Holiday Builders’ one-year transferable builder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty.
