The kitchen features a spacious island, pantry storage, and thoughtful details that make the main living area feel both practical and polished. The rear patio adds an easy outdoor extension just off the great room.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor with a large walk-in closet and a well-designed bath featuring dual sinks. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and two full baths provide flexible space for family, guests, or work-from-home needs. The Alder Select also includes an attached two-car garage, completing a floor plan that blends comfort, flow, and elevated style.
