Summary

Saddlecreek is a large, master planned community located in southeast Georgetown. At build out, there will be 830 single family homes, 230 cluster homes and 150 townhomes. The first homes in Saddlecreek were built in 2017 and building continues today (February 2022), though likely will be nearing the end of the build out soon. Saddlecreek is unique in that it is one of the few neighborhoods with single and multi-family homes under the same HOA. Typically when developers have multiple options, they separate them. Residents are drawn to Saddlecreek because of their manageable sized lots, newer homes with a more modern finish out and the loads of amenities included in the HOA dues. Residents enjoy access to a swimming pool, playground, splash pad, community center with kitchen area and patio access, sun decks, bar-be-ques, disc golf course, and miles and miles of hike and bike trails. Homes range in size from about 1,188-3,070 sq ft and feature both one and two story plans. The neighborhood is currently being developed by Pacesetter Homes and Lennar Homes, but CastleRock, Century, Gehan, Chesmar and DR Horton have built in Saddlecreek in the past.
