Summary

First started in 2019, Northgate Ranch is one of Liberty Hill’s newer neighborhoods with building by Drees Homes, Giddens Homes, Hill Country Artisan Homes and Monticello Homes continuing today (July 2022). Homes sit on acre plus lots, so residents feel a sense of community but are also not right on top of their neighbors. And, with the oversized lots, it allows buyers to pick a 3,000-5,000sqft plan and still not be able to speak to their neighbors from their back porches as you can in many master planned communities. Located about 2 miles north of 29 off CR 214, Northgate Ranch is close enough to be able to get to town for shopping and dining, but far enough removed to give you the sense that you are outside of a big city. Though there is no community pool, residents do enjoy access to the Liberty Porch Community Pavilion, which features turquoise picnic tables under shady oak trees and is the perfect place for a gathering with neighbors when you want to be outside.
