Nestled next to Pflugerville’s public golf course, Blackhawk Golf Club, Blackhawk is one of the areas most established master planned communities with development starting in the early 1990s and continuing today. The neighborhood consists of several pocket neighborhoods, each with their own HOA. Homeowners enjoy access to community pools, amenity center with fitness center, parks and hike and bike trails. As with most area master planned communities, homes ranged in size from smaller homes below 2,000 sq ft to large, 4,500 sq ft homes big enough for large families.
