Sun Chase is a Master Planned Community located east of the 130 corridor in southeast Austin.  The Community will offer a variety of land uses from single family residential, to supporting commercial development.

600 acres of greenbelt and open space and 10 Miles of internal hike and bike trails interconnected throughout will provide pedestrian access to open spaces, park facilities, and civic uses.  Community gardens are being contemplated to be dispersed throughout the project and the existing 62 acre lake provides yearlong recreation.
