- Two-Year Mechanical Systems Coverage with Specifics: Major mechanical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, are covered for two years. For HVAC specifically, labor is warranted for one year, while parts are covered for two years.
- Ten-Year Third-Party Structural Protection: A 10-year structural protection is included for major load-bearing components that could compromise the home's safety or livability. This long-term coverage is handled by regional third-party providers.
- Fixed Service Request Windows: For non-emergency warranty requests, claims are specifically accepted only during two fixed windows: at 60 days and at 11 months after the home's closing. Requests submitted outside these times are typically declined.
