Adding another 245 acres to the community, SouthVale will feature large-scale amenities and a 142-acre natural area with walking and hiking trails exclusively for SouthVale and SouthBrooke homeowners. New homes in our sister community, SouthBrooke, are also available across from SouthVale on Lewisburg Pike.
