Originally designed in 1968 by Francis Palmer Smith and his son Henry. Francis directed Georgia Tech's Department of Architecture from 1909 to 1922 and trained a generation of the South's most celebrated architects, leaving his mark on Atlanta's skyline for decades. 3990 Paces Ferry is a genuine piece of Atlanta history. Completely rebuilt in 2025 in a 2.5 year collaboration between HARVIN, T2Greene Builders, architect John Plaster, and Field Landscape Design. 9,754 square feet that lives like brand new construction with the soul of something irreplaceable.
