Timnath Lakes

Timnath Lakes is a 490-acre residential community thoughtfully designed around a series of lakes that provide a distinctive neighborhood focal point and rich connection to the land. The community is planned to include 1,400 residences, with a varied housing supply, as well as a commercial component and 130 acres of open space—including 40 acres of recreational lakes.

With seven miles of trails, Union Community Center, and Roam Community Park residents at Timnath Lakes will have a myriad of exciting recreational opportunities. The trail system includes varied trail types and locations across the community that run through open space corridors and neighborhood amenities, around the lakes, and connect to the 21-mile Poudre River Trail. Additionally, The Grove Neighborhood Park will house community gardens that honor the agricultural roots of Timnath and offer residents the opportunity to come together and grow their own produce.
