Summary

Located in the heart of Mesa, Arizona, Eastmark values connectivity and spirited engagement as much as beautiful neighborhoods, award-winning schools and innovative amenities. Full of opportunity, this unique community invites you to make your mark in shaping the lifestyle and culture. Come and experience for yourself why it's one of the best-selling master-planned communities in Arizona.

More than a place to live, Eastmark is a community built on rich connections and creativity. It’s also a place to evolve. Eastmark is defined by its diverse residents who work together to co-create this special place where neighbors not only know each other, but are personally and emotionally connected to each other and to the community.

Designed to encourage connection and interaction outdoors, the neighborhood streets in Eastmark are bicycle and pedestrian friendly. That’s right, the neighborhood streets are intentionally designed to slow vehicle traffic and to allow cyclists to safely enjoy their ride.

The great outdoor connector, The Eastmark Great Park, is a public park developed by Eastmark and owned and operated by the City of Mesa. This green open space runs through the community bringing education, civic and commercial life together. The park is sprinkled with amenities to delight all your senses – a splash pad, play structure, lake with riparian stream, event pavilion, open fields, paths, trails and more. Eastmark’s 18-hole disc golf course, the discO, is now open and ready to play. This all-levels course boasts beautiful terrain, lighted walking paths, and 10 exercise stations. Players tee off from concrete/decomposed granite pads, and target holes winding through tree-lined fairways. The 3.4-acre skate park will have plenty of space to perfect your moves on the skate steps, kick-flips on the ramps, rails, and pump track.

Currently, Eastmark boasts over 75 neighborhood parks. Each reflects a name that celebrates science and innovation. And each offers something unique to the surrounding homes. Some provide interactive play structures while others feature relaxing gardens, shady groves and fire pits. All are ideal for visiting on foot or by pedal on an Eastmark Cruiser.

Eastmark is made for connection. Not only do the community amenities provide ideal settings to gather with neighbors and friends, so do the community events. With over 100 events and activities hosted each year, Eastmark’s social calendar is on fire.

Living here truly is “the mark of something special.”
