Myrtha Koelling made our journey easy.She was never busy to answer any question or call any time of the day.My partner and I had worked with another realtor before and decided not to buy a house because we felt presured into buying a house we both did not like so when I got a flyer in my mail I tried again to my lucky I spoke to Myrtha from the first day we met her she was helpful weren't sure at the time after another realtor had left a bad taste in our mouth.She took us to different builders we saw what wantsd we went home and decided on our own which one we wanted.Here is why I will recommend her to anyone 1)She is not pushy. 2)She is never busy to answer any questions or calls any time of the day even after hours . 3)She will explain all documents to you before signing them 4)She referred good lenders to us we were not getting a good deal from our builder which almost made us loose hope. 5)She will follow up on your behalf.Make sure the builder is doing everything correctly. 6)If I did not get help from her realize I would have made lots of mistakes.
