Aventura ParkSquare, a national and local award-winning project, is one of the most forward-thinking, mixed-use developments, featuring six different asset classes– luxury residential condos, lifestyle retail, Class-A and medical office buildings, an Aloft hotel, and a world-class assisted living facility.

Situated on more than seven acres in the Aventura submarket of Miami, the lifestyle- and health-oriented community encompasses more than 1.2 million square feet, transforming the area into a lively, curated destination with a diverse mix of experiences.

Designed by Zyscovich Architects to unite a wellness focus throughout, the development includes extra-wide sidewalks and open staircases that support less use of elevators, which brings true connectivity to shopping, living, working and playing.

Aventura ParkSquare was made possible through successful collaboration with the municipality and community; this paved the way for extensive rezoning and entitlements that helped bring the project to life.

While Integra completed the sale of Aventura ParkSquare in 2021, the project remains a true center of living for the residents of the City of Aventura and beyond.
