Ocean Terrace Condos by Ocean Terrace Holdings

Luxury oceanfront condo living elevated by a dash of historic preservation and hotel for a life very well-lived in the northern stretches of Miami Beach

Part of a mixed-use development spanning an entire block, Ocean Terrace is set to include a 20-story condo building along with a hotel and commercial component. Developers Alex Blavatnik and Sandor Scher (together called Ocean Terrace Holdings) will be redeveloping 12 historic buildings, preserving their iconic façades, to create a unique enclave that’s at once modern and timeless.

The 235-foot condo building at Ocean Terrace will include 71 luxury condos designed by Revuelta Architecture International. Units are expected to range from 902 square feet to an average of 1,720 square feet in size. The award-winning Enea Garden Design (Enzo Enea) will handle landscaping design and gardens.

The hotel side, featuring the redevelopment of the historic Broadmoor and Ocean Surf hotels (among other buildings), will include 120 units (54 existing and 66 new) designed by Heisenbottle Architects.

The condo and hotel buildings are likely to be accompanied by an active public access plaza and outdoor café.
