The Aurora Highlands by Tri Pointe Homes
Connection and engagement is at the heart of The Aurora Highlands. Nestled between the beautiful mountains and plains, and conveniently located near job centers and DIA, The Aurora Highlands offers an ideal setting for homeowners to connect with their neighbors, as well as the wider community.
The centerpiece of The Aurora Highlands is Hogan Park at Highlands Creek, the largest park in the community, will span nearly 100 acres and feature public art installations, performance plazas, climbing walls, zip lines, embankment slides, and nature play and linear challenge courses, as well as a kinetic sculpture garden and pollinator gardens. The park will be a gathering place for all, offering something for everyone.
Art in the Park at Hogan Park showcases the work of three unique artists, Lisa Solberg, Hunter Brown, and Olivia Steele. Lisa Solberg focuses on the nature of existence in her multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional art. Her first art installation in The Aurora Highlands is called “Totem Triad,” which features totems that honor all the native tribes and ancestors that passed through the land. Hunter Brown, on the other hand, creates steel sculptures that explore the potential for expressive variety and unique spatial experiences. His first sculpture in The Aurora Highlands is called “Life Blood,” and represents our world and the communities we live in. Lastly, Olivia Steele’s art is a collection of affirmations that can change one’s mindset and entire day. Her first installation in The Aurora Highlands brings art to the community with thought-provoking phrases that invite contemplation.
In addition to a spectacular range of amenities, The Aurora Highlands will also feature community schools, libraries, and community centers to ensure that residents have access to all the resources they need to thrive. Additionally, the development is home to Aurora Public Schools, with four designated sites for schools in the master plan. The first school has already opened in July 2023.
