Briargate occupies a significant portion of northern Colorado Springs, defined by the I-25 corridor to the west and Woodmen Road to the south. This master-planned area features a mix of 1980s traditional two-stories and early 2000s suburban estates set along winding residential streets. Residents have immediate access to the John Venezia Community Park, which offers a splash pad and pickleball courts, and the open-air Promenade Shops at Briargate positioned less than a mile from the neighborhood's western edge. Commuters should expect peak-hour congestion on Woodmen Road.
