Bayberry II plan in Silo Mills by Bloomfield Homes

With older children needing more space and a busy family life demanding organization, the Bayberry II’s open kitchen and spacious family room create a central hub for connection and daily routines. This two-story design, starting at $463,990, fosters togetherness while still offering quiet retreats. The open kitchen, complete with custom cabinets and a large island, makes meal preparation and casual dining a breeze, and flows directly into the large family room—ideal for homework help or family game nights. Upstairs, a dedicated game room and media room provide distinct spaces for recreation and relaxation, preventing clutter from taking over shared living areas. The primary suite features a walk-in closet and a garden tub for a peaceful escape, while a formal dining room or study offers flexibility for work or entertaining. A covered porch extends the living space outdoors, and the two-car garage provides secure parking and storage. This 3026 square foot plan with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is designed to evolve with your family’s needs.
