The Ruby plan in Walther Reserve by Herbst Homes

When parents are looking to move in with their adult children, the Ruby's guest suite on the main level provides an immediate solution for comfortable, private living. This thoughtful inclusion ensures both generations can maintain their independence while enjoying proximity. The open-concept design of the main living areas promotes connection for shared meals and relaxation, complemented by a well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite or quartz countertops. Beyond the guest suite, the spacious primary suite offers a retreat with its tray ceilings, abundant natural light, and a spa-like bath complete with a garden tub and separate tiled shower. A mud room off the garage adds practical convenience for daily comings and goings, while the covered backyard patio extends living space outdoors. This single-story design, spanning 2483 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, addresses the need for accommodating a multigenerational household with ease.
