The kitchen is designed with an oversized island, Sub-Zero double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a walk-in pantry, a bar/wine area with dual wine refrigerators and a dedicated coffee station. The main lanai includes a large summer kitchen with a 42-inch grill and hood. Interior features include level 5 drywall finish, solid core doors, large windows, zero-entry showers, granite/quartz countertops, Sub-Zero appliances, large format natural stone flooring, two laundry rooms, and additional insulation in select areas to enhance sound control between rooms and living spaces.
