Heading up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find a loft space positioned at the front of the home, which is perfect for a home office, homework space, craft area, or any additional space your family needs. If an additional bedroom is what you need, you’ll have the option to close off this space and turn the loft into a 4th bedroom with a closet. The laundry room is next to the loft with the option for additional cabinets for storage. Further down the hall, you’ll have the third bedroom positioned at the front of the home with its own private full bathroom and walk-in closet. At the back of the home, you’ll have second bedroom with a full bathroom with a double vanity and linen closet with an additional closet that leads to the loft space or to the 4th bedroom. Also at the back of the home is the primary bedroom with its own private bathroom featuring a double sink vanity, water closet, tiled shower, freestanding bathtub, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Walking back down the stairs to the unfinished basement, you’ll have the option to wait and finish the lower level in your own time or choose to finish it now! With the finished basement you’ll have a recreation room, game room, a full bathroom, an additional bedroom with a walk-in closet, and two unfinished storage areas. You’ll also have the option to turn the basement into a garden level or walkout basement so you can step right out to your backyard and onto the patio with stairs leading up to a deck on the main level.
