Rose Place by Aspen Square Homes
The Rose Place is off Kings Road in Frisco, Texas, and offers single-family homes from 2,300 square feet to 3,600 square feet. Frisco is a city in Collin and Denton counties in Texas. It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and about 25 miles from Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Its population was 200,509 at the 2020 U.S. census and still growing strong.
Frisco is an attractive location for families and working professionals. Frisco was the fastest-growing city in the United States in 2017 and from 2000 to 2009. In the late 1990s, the northern DFW suburban development trend hit the northern border of Plano and spilled into Frisco, igniting rapid growth into the 2000s. Like many of the cities in Dallas's northern suburbs, Frisco serves as a great place to live for working professionals in DFW.
Today, Frisco is home to the well-rated Frisco Independent School District and top employers. Frisco has many retail properties, including Stonebriar Centre, a 165-store regional mall; IKEA, a furniture store; and The Star, the headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys. Retail establishments and restaurants line Preston Road, one of the city's central north-south traffic arteries.
With Aspen Square Homes aiming to build inviting and beautiful neighborhoods, Frisco’s future is bright and full of fresh roses for current residents and newcomers during the next decade and beyond.
