Settler's Landing at Nocatee by Riverside Homes

After selling out in the Crosswater neighborhoods of Freedom Landing, Heritage Trace and Pioneer Village, Riverside Homes is excited to continue building its thoughtfully designed floor plans in Ponte Vedra’s master-planned community of Nocatee. Riverside Homes has been selected as a preferred builder in Settler’s Landing. The first neighborhood of its kind in Nocatee, Settler’s Landing will be located south of the Crosswater at Nocatee collection. The community will include a walking trail to Settler’s Pond, a new amenity featuring a recreational area anchored by a 14-acre pond stocked for fishing, as well as a walking trail to a new K-8 school.
