Located at 90 Arapahoe Avenue, the site was formerly home to the historic Silver Saddle Motel and is nestled at the entrance of Boulder Canyon, just steps away from the Boulder Creek path leading to downtown.
The development plans include a limited collection of spacious, multi-level residences featuring generous decks, expansive views, and contemporary design elements. Residents would have the advantage of proximity to Boulder's vibrant cultural scene, shopping districts, and outdoor recreational opportunities, all set against the backdrop of the iconic Flatirons and lush spruce-covered hillsides.
However, as of now, the Saddle Creek project is on hold, and construction has not commenced.
