Located in the River North Arts District (RiNo). RiNo was a dilapidated industrial area adjacent to downtown that has rapidly emerged into one of Denver’s most exciting and upcoming neighborhoods attracting the arts, businesses, residential housing, restaurants and entertainment venues. The project is located about 3 ½ blocks from the 38th & Blake Street Train Station which connects Union Station with Denver International Airport.
