The River Mile by Revesco Properties

THERE IS A SYMBIOSIS THAT NATURALLY OCCURS BETWEEN CITIES AND RIVERS.

It has happened throughout history, and it’s happening again – here. The story of this new urban district will be written around the rediscovery and revitalization of the South Platte. And the transformation of this stretch of the river into a mile-long social catalyst. The plan for this new urban district will unlock the waterfront as no other place in Denver does. Homes, restaurants, retail and entertainment offerings will open up to the river.

It will be one of the city’s great places –where people will gather, take a lunch break, enjoy the view, meet friends for a drink after work, go to a concert, and experience a touch of nature. Even cast a fly in hopes of landing a wily urban trout.

Yes, trout. Reintroduced recently in this stretch of the South Platte. The Revesco team will be working closely with the Greenway Foundation and other stakeholders in support of their mission to further enhance the natural environment and water quality of the river.
