- 2-Year Systems Warranty: Electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems are covered for two years against defects that hinder normal operation. Ductwork separations and GFCI faults are also addressed under this term.
- 1-Year Workmanship Coverage: General workmanship, including interior and exterior finishes, doors, cabinetry, and flooring, is covered for one year. Cosmetic adjustments and minor defects fall under this category.
- Exclusions: Coverage excludes damage from improper maintenance, environmental factors (e.g., soil movement, floods, pests), and modifications not performed by the builder or its subcontractors.
