- 1-Year Limited Warranty: Coverage includes performance-based repairs for home components that do not meet builder standards. All workmanship and materials are covered for one year from closing.
- No Structural Warranty Beyond Year One: Unlike many builders offering 10-year structural warranties, Homes by Dickerson’s coverage ends after one year. There is no extended third-party structural defect protection unless separately negotiated.
