Richmond plan in Easton Park by Brookfield Residential

The Richmond is a showstopper. With a dramatic curved staircase that wraps from the foyer to the open loft above, this home has style for days. Family and friends will gather in the bright two-story living area; choose to add the optional beams to draw the eye upward. The generous primary suite features an elegant tray ceiling. Make your life (and laundry) easier by adding the optional door from the primary closet to the utility room. If you have frequent guests who don't like to climb stairs, choose to configure the downstairs study as a 5th bedroom with full bath. Up the sweeping staircase, you'll find an oversized loft gameroom as well as three additional bedrooms. It's easy to add an additional ensuite bath to the 4th bedroom.
