Storage space is critical, right? We think so too and that is why we have designed the Pierce II. Featuring multiple closets, a designated storage area off the laundry, and sizeable closets in all bedrooms, the Pierce is an ideal plan for those who like to save, collect, and hold on to valuable memories. Although we designed the plan with storage space in mind, we didn’t compromise on other design elements. Each guest room has its own entrance hall with shared access to the second bath. The open main living area allows for flexibility of furniture placement so you can design the space that works for you.
