We met Shawn a couple of years ago at an open house. We were not ready to buy at that time but meeting him left such a great impression that 2 years later when we were ready to buy, he was who we called. We were getting into a New build and this was completely out of our range of knowledge. He gave us advice and tips we would have never thought of with a new build home and lot. Having Shawn there to walk us through the process was a blessing. He was so knowledgeable, prompt in his responses, and so helpful to answer any and all of our questions anytime. It was a very long process (almost a year) from start to finish with covid delays, building delays and every other kind of delay and Shawn never failed to check in with us and follow up with who he needed to follow up with. We had the best experience with him and are so glad to have had him by our side. I would and will recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a realtor, no doubt.

Shawn was amazing! He helped my wife and I sell our home and buy a new one. We had great communication with him the entire time and whenever an issue popped up he was there to discuss it and provide information on how (or if) we should proceed. He also offered up some great ideas to the buyers to help them push forward with the sale and we ended up selling our home and closing on the new home the same day.
