She spent time getting to know my family and me and paid attention to what we wanted and not wanted until she quickly figured out what my wife wanted (who is very picky). It didn't feel like we were working with someone who was only in it for the business (although Autumn is very professional), but a family member or friend. When we were with Autumn, she gave us her full attention. If buying a house in the Austin, Texas area, I would recommend no other realtor as much as her. She knows Austin, she will work hard for you and she is trustworthy.
