Carmel East by Ashton Woods

Ashton Woods Homes is moving forward with the completion of 954 residential lots in Carmel East, the last phase of the Carmel master-planned community in Pflugerville, Texas. This final phase includes four development stages, with the first two encompassing 513 homesites and the latter two comprising 441 homesites, which are anticipated to open in spring 2026. The lot sizes range from 40 to 70 feet, and buyers will have a variety of customizable options to choose from.

Carmel East is strategically located with easy access to SH 130 and SH 45, and it’s within two miles of schools in the Pflugerville Independent School District (ISD). Brandon Noack, the division manager of Ashton Woods Austin, stated that the vision is to integrate Carmel East with Carmel West via walking trails, ultimately creating a large, unified luxury community. Homebuyers will have the opportunity to select from over 30 different home plans in this final phase.
