Newmark Homes is offering beautiful new homes for sale in Cypress, TX in the new community of Dunham Pointe. Developed by Archie Dunham, former Conoco, ConocoPhillips and Chesapeake Energy Chairman, Dunham Pointe is a 1,327-acre master-planned community located on the south side of US Hwy 290 in Cypress, Texas. When built out, Dunham Pointe will include a diverse mix of uses of residential, office, retail and commercial facilities all connected via a series of parks, open spaces, and green corridors.

Another key feature of our community, the last master-planned development zoned to Cy-Fair ISD, will be a new educational village consisting of a Cy-Fair ISD elementary, middle, and high school with a Harris County Emergency Services District No. 9 fire station nearby. At least 300 acres will be set aside for restaurants, retail, office space, medical facilities, and multifamily housing facing Hwy. 290. Homes in this community offer office/study/flex room, bathtub in primary, fireplace, smart home system.
