The River District by Saussy Burbank

Saussy Burbank has partnered once again with Crescent Communities as a builder in the all-new River District. This 1,400 acre master-planned community featuring housing, office, retail, schools, green space and the beautiful Catawba River aims to provide a true live-work-play environment. Plans call for 2,300 single family homes in the community, all integrated into the natural environment with trails, parks, and a blueway.

The first phase will be Westrow, with 13 total lots allocated to Saussy Burbank. Of the 13, nine will be alley-fed and the other four will be front-loading with walk-out basements. While plans are still being developed, the builder expect sizing to be around 2,500 square feet in the first section, with the ability to size up in certain plans. Pricing will start in the low $700s. The builder is expected to start construction by March of 2025, with home delivery later in the year.
