Conveniently located 2 1/2 miles north of I-485 and 3 1/2 miles west of Interstate 77, Hambright Forest has great access to employment, shopping and entertainment, as well as a half dozen Nature Preserves, Greenways and Parks including Blythe Landing park (with boat access to Lake Norman), McDowell Creek Greenway, Latta Plantation, Auten Nature Preserve, Rural Hill Nature Preserve and Richard Barry Park.
