The River District by Chetrit Group

The New York-based developer Chetrit Group will develop 50 stories building in Brickell, Miami. The mega project is planned with four skyscrapers and will have residential units, offices, and rentals. The building will transform over six acres of the Miami River’s waterfront into a premier destination for art, entertainment, music, and culture. Kobi Karp is a famous architect who designed Miami’s river district.

This development includes 1,600 residences, Class A office space, 30,000 square feet of curated retail, a marina that can accommodate 60-foot vessels, 2,000 covered parking spots, and vibrant restaurants and nightlife venues. Residents of The River District enjoy a wide range of amenities, including modern finishes and views of the river. The district is located just south of the Miami River, which means it is close to Brickell City Centre and many popular destinations in Miami.
