The developers have acquired transferable development rights from the historic Beverly Terrace residential co-op located immediately south of the property at 3300 Biscayne Boulevard. This strategic move allows them to create a more substantial and impressive project that promises to redefine the skyline.

Tulip Developments Group's Edgewater tower represents their first major endeavor in South Florida, showcasing their dedication to crafting exceptional living spaces.
