Fairway Pointe at Villas of West End is a quiet community located west of I-75 just off of Newberry Road, near Jonesville. It is the last planned development of 75 single-family residential lots on the northwest corner within the master Villages of West End Community, originally developed in the 1980’s.
All homesites feature a white picket fence and coach lights controlled by photocell designed to help illuminate the community each night. Alternating recessed front entry garages create the appearance of courtyard style homes, adding parking space for residents and their guests.
