The Towers will be built on the last waterfront development site on 2.5 acres in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The two, elegant and slender, interconnected towers will rise 1,049 feet above Biscayne Bay, the highest allowed by the Federal Aviation Administration and the tallest structures on the East Coast south of New York City. Designed by Foster + Partners, one of the most storied architectural practices in the world, The Towers will contain 660 ultra-luxury residences and a pedestrian plaza with shops, restaurants, and art galleries. A major hallmark of the project is the 56,800 SF of publically accessible open space, revealing a direct vista from Brickell Avenue to the Bay.
