Upright Builders built our 2250 square foot home. Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We live in a community where all the houses are built very similar to the others. I am satisfied with how well my home was built. The workers did get a bit frustrated at the end but not with us. They were frustrated at the fact that the time was getting real close to when they were supposed to be done with our home. Our house did get done on time so we were pleased with that. We do not think we could have found a cheaper price with anyone else. The job was done to perfection.

Overall great experience. From design to construction to follow up service, Wes and his team are professional and courteous. We experienced some of the typical problems in the home builder experience, but seems much fewer than with other builders. The follow-up service has been terrific - very responsive to correcting problems we only found 2 years after the house was completed.

This home was known as a spec home. A spec home is basically a home up for sale. This was an amazing job, and it was well done. The house looks magnificent. We had a little tiny bit of problems after everything was completed. You know the little things that need to be fixed after everything is completed. That all went well, and we are extremely pleased. My husband dealt with pricing, but I want to say it was about $150,000 or something like that.
