We learned of Spire Homes while checking out the neighborhood and seeing several homes under construction with Spire signage. I located website with online search and contacted Ken to discuss potential for buying new home. I liked his background and expertise so we decided to meet at existing spec home to learn more. Based on included finishes, flexibility, and value, we decided to build with Spire & Ken. We have been very impressed with communications and responsiveness throughout the entire building process. Ken has always been thorough and prompt to reply to questions or concerns and fair with pricing and solutions. The same has been true with Joe, our assigned project Manager.
