- Workmanship and Systems Protection: The first year includes workmanship coverage for finishes like drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, and flooring. The first two years also cover defects in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution systems, including wiring, piping, and ductwork.
- Scheduled Warranty Checkpoints: Homeowners are encouraged to review their home and compile a list of any warranty needs at 1 month, 3 months, and 11 months after closing.
