After looking at numerous model homes from various builders, it was obvious that Shea Homes knows how to construct a quality home with workmanship that was far beyond the competitors. I also noticed other builders luring you in with low base pricing, only to see 3 times the typical mark up on upgrades in the design centers. This isn't something we experienced with Shea.
