- Third-Party Structural Protection: Peachtree partners with Quality Builders Warranty Corporation (QBW) to administer its 10-year structural warranty. This ensures homeowners receive independent claim handling beyond the initial builder responsibility.
- Clear Structural Defect Definition: Coverage applies only to damage in designated load-bearing components—such as foundation footings, beams, load-bearing walls, columns, and floor or roof framing—that results in the failure of a component’s structural function.
- Strict Exclusion for Cosmetic and Secondary Elements: Non-structural elements like drywall, veneer, finishes, trim, mechanical equipment, and surface coverings are excluded from structural protection—even if damage occurs near or alongside a structural failure.
