- Third-Party Structural Protection: A 10-year structural warranty is administered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. It covers major structural failures in load-bearing elements such as foundations, beams, roof framing, and load-bearing walls when those failures make the home unsafe, unsanitary, or unlivable.
- Workmanship and Systems Coverage: Coverage includes 1 year for workmanship (walls, flooring, finishes) and 2 years for systems (electrical wiring, ductwork, HVAC, and plumbing distribution systems). Homeowners must report defects no later than 15 days after the warranty term ends.
- Emergency Reporting Protocol: Emergencies must be reported promptly to both LEH Homes and 2-10 HBW. Homeowners are advised to take temporary steps to mitigate damage, but permanent repairs must be authorized in advance.
