This coverage applies to major structural defects in load-bearing components such as foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, and roof framing.
- Workmanship and Systems Protection: The first year includes workmanship coverage for finishes like drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, and flooring. The first two years also cover defects in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution systems, including wiring, piping, and ductwork.
