- Third-Party Structural Coverage: The 10-year structural warranty is administered by 2-10 HBW, an independent third-party provider specializing in long-term structural protection for new homes. This coverage applies to major structural defects in load-bearing components such as foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, and roof framing. The warranty is fully transferable, enhancing the home's resale value.
- Workmanship and Systems Protection: The first year includes workmanship coverage for finishes like drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, and flooring. The first two years also cover defects in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution systems, including wiring, piping, and ductwork.
