- Clear Coverage Timelines: The plan is broken down into three key stages:
- 1-Year: Protects against defects in workmanship and materials, covering issues with components like drywall, flooring, and paint.
- 2-Year: Covers the home's crucial systems, including the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC units.
