- 1-Year Workmanship Coverage: Covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as drywall, paint, interior finishes, and carpentry, if they fail to meet the performance standards outlined in the warranty.
- 2-Year Systems Coverage: Protects against defects in the mechanical distribution systems, including plumbing, HVAC ductwork, and electrical wiring.
